Pasta with Smoked Salmon and Dill Sauce

Ingedients

Method

  1. Place the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook until al dente
  2. While the pasta is cooking, place the oil, lemon juice, capters, mustard, and onion in a small saucepan over low-mediaum heat. Cook for 2 mins.
  3. Drain the pasta and place on a large serving plate. Toss through the oil and lemon mixture, salmon, dill and parsley.
  4. Serve with lots of cracked black pepper and a salad of baby spinach.

Serves 4
