Tagliatelle with Sausage, Basil and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
1/4 C Oliver Oil
6 Cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
6 Oz Sweet Italian Sausages, casings removed and crumbled
6 Sun-Dried Tomaotes, thinly sliced
5 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1/4 White Wine
1 1/4 Lbs Tagliatelle
12 Basil Leaves
Method
Bring 6 quarts of water to a boil in a large pot, add 2 Tbsp salt
Meanwhile, in a 10-12 inch saute pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat until hot.
Add the garlic, and cook until light golden brown, about 2 mins. Add the sausage and sund-dried tomatoes and cook, stirring, until the sausage is cooked. About 7-8 minutes.
Drain the fat from the pan, then stire in the tomato paste, wine, and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Cook the tagliatelle into boiling water and cook until tender. Return and toss all together.
