Added middleman 4 support #15

Note: I haven't tested this with middleman 3! it should work, though.

Woah. Thanks for getting this started. I can test this with middleman 3 and let you know what I find.

I can confirm that this continues to work on Middleman 3. It appears to be working on Middleman 4 for me as well. :+1:
