gearbox to nema23 mount won't work #8

mount My mount here doesn't accept the nema23 directly. It accepts a connection similar to the other ones on the gearbox but smaller. I'm hesitant to make a custom piece out of metal. Did anyone else have this problem?

It appears as though it is supposed to be sent with a sleeve for conversion. I think mine shipped without.

Mine has a 6.35mm shaft and that one is made for a 8mm shaft. You may need this one instead: https://www.amazon.com/Shaft-Sleeve-6-35mm-Adapter-Reduce/dp/B07W58DQ1Q/
