3 years ago I used 20% and had a broken clasp. Most folks recommend about 45% from what I read.

Other than the two shapeways metal parts, are there any recommendations for the material these parts should be printed with? It looks like some of them will be under significant stress. I'm assuming pla or abs and probably not petg due to its deformability. What about infill? I'm going to experiment, but I'd hate to try something like 100% infill and waste plastic when it's unnecessary. Thank you!
