UG can have more back to top buttons #8

Currently the back to top are at the end of each section. This means that when I want to check certain commands in the user guide, I might need to scroll up to 2 pages to find the next back to top to return back to the table of contents

We deliberately avoided putting so many back to tops to avoid unnecessary clutter.
