Unable to add assignments based on the constraints #12

As per the constraints, the command entered in screenshot 1 fits the above criteria but I can't seem to add this assignment.

Thank you for pointing this out. Assignments added to TAB should be used to count for the students grades. As such, adding an ungraded assignment with a weightage of 0 is not in the interest of TAB.

We recognise that there is an error in the error message, it should be 1-100 and not 0-100.

However, we feel that with a proper error message, this will not be a huge bug. As such this is a bug with a LOW severity as it will not affect normal operations.
