docs: add JSdoc to functions and return types for clarity #248

What does this PR do?

[x] Add JSdoc comments to functions
[x] Add Types to return functions
[x] Almost all variables removed "any" type
[x] New brand logo
[x] Moved all default values around app to same place -> src/lib/const
