Introduce backend features #369

What does this PR do? This is the first time nexus timer will have server side functions. Introducing:

google authentication
session management
MongoDB connection
save backups (overwrite cloud)
load backups (merging local/cloud)
policy privacy
terms and conditions
new settings navigation, and more.
tons of missing translations

Locale on URL was removed, now it's only based from cookie()
