Adult Only Downloads #3

Adult only downloads are blocked since there is no login. Need an alternate way to get tags.

Should be able to download from the JSON API. We'll assume people don't have 200+ adult games and that this method will work relatively quickly.

Old code can be used from before to make this work as expected. I branched it here: https://github.com/bryanmr/Steamy_Cats/tree/steam_api_branch_limited

Won't fix, since I am not thinking this really matters to anyone.
