Here are three changes to TGL_Twitter:
1) Fix the hashtag search link, because EE converts the %23 to #, and Twitter doesn't do a correct search.
2) If Twitter gives a Display URL in its entities list, show that to the user instead of the t.co URL that it gives.
3) Add old-style PHP constructor for compatibility with older installs of Expression Engine 2.
