Outro - Thanks Raiders, Pay It Forward #3

It seems silly to me to display the game that was being played in the Outro.

Elsydeon could (or already does?) track when !raider commands are issued, storing it in Firebase along with the rest of the data. A generated "thank you raiders" page could be created and displayed during the Outro, with Episode-specific thanks.

This could also include a 'paying it forward' section, using the !raid target, with on-screen rules.

As well as the game they're playing. If there's other information that the API provides. Displaying the streamers sub icon, could be a nice added touch.

Silly indeed! This is a great idea. I had wanted to move some stuff off of Firebase, but that'd require me to implement some sort of AJAXiness on the overlay... which I'd have to do anyway.

At the least I can do the "raid instructions" section.
