make install should take arguments. #25

Just as 'make' takes arguments, so should install. Some software, like nagios has many components you can choose to install.

magical-unicorn:nagios miah$ make
Please supply a command line argument (i.e. 'make all').  Other targets are:
   nagios cgis contrib modules
   clean
   install install-base install-cgis install-html install-exfoliation install-config install-init install-commandmode fullinstall
