Remove CanSen dependency #23

CanSen is a pretty heavy dependency (pytables and such) that aren't used in UConnRCMPy (yet). In any case, we only need the Cantera Wall velocity class, so that should be easy to replicate and its very stable, so no changes should be necessary.
