Cannot split stacks from menus #23

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Gather some coins
2. Find an unlocked container and loot it
3. Choose "Put something into the [container]" and select Coins
4. Type 1 $ <enter>

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1 coin should be placed in the container.  Instead, all coins are placed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.3.3

I understand that these exact steps ought to work. But the priority is quite 
different depending on if there is any workaround.

Is there any workaround?

You can split things when dropping them, so the workaround is to drop half, 
loot, then pickup.
