Map, inventory does not display #27

The map viewport remains black. The displayed inventory slots remain gray, even though my character is wearing items.

[Note, I have decades of familiarity with NetHack, but this is the first time I've used NetHackCocoa, which I downloaded from the MacOS App Store.]

On Macbook Pro, 15-inch, 2016 MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 Intel HD Graphics 530 1536 MB

Update: I see now. I had to choose a tileset. It would be helpful for the game to launch with a default setting (either Use Ascii Mode on or one of the tilesets preselected).
