Solar Charging #1

Currently, solar charging isn't working. In full sun, the charge LED blinks but does not steadily illuminate. The voltage output of the solar panel is confirmed to be 6.5V, current supply is unknown.

Two options to try:

  1. setting PMIC to use hardcoded charge values and not negotiate over USB
  2. set solar panel input to Vin instead of USB port

Option 1 doesn't seem to work
