Field: "2nd Partial Session arrival day" and "2nd Partial Session departure day" need to validate #6

With "Overnight" radio button option selected, Field: "2nd Partial Session arrival day" and "2nd Partial Session departure day" need to validate to be consecutive selection of days.

Issue #6 can be closed as we are not allowing a different selection for 2nd choice.
