Improve Bryntum versioning #10337

Upgrading to a new version of any of the Bryntum components causes a risk of breaking some of the integrated components in a client app.

This ticket tracks both the root cause analysis, why thing tend to break, and also describes possibly solutions to mitigate upgrading risks.
