Calendar responsiveness

• [x] Should show day view rather than week view for very slim screen sizes; ensure statefulness works properly with responsiveness since both want to affect initial state of views
• [x] Have a full week-bar on top for day view (see iOS)
• [x] Shorter default toolbar date format "May 2021"
• [x] Hide sidebar below certain width (see screenshot below)
• [x] Date label should always be shown (prioritized)
• [x] white-space:nowrap + ellipsis for the date label (+ fix for any widgets in a toolbar)
• [x] Move responsive CSS from shared.scss into either widget SCSS or new responsive.scss
• [x] Ensure mode button group transition fully into a hamburger menu at a reasonable breakpoint
• [x] Ensure mobile view using demo settings buttons looks ok (see screenshot)
• [x] Create test asserting good appearance from 1000+ px width down to 375 (iphone portrait mode)
• [ ] Add a new examples button to toolbar (buttongroup with 2 icon items (mobile / desktop) to flip between different modes

Agenda view needs some tweaks to work in portrait phone. Something more like Outlook?
