You can easily reproduce it with https://bryntum.com/products/schedulerpro/examples/constraints/ demo

Open the code editor and add this code

bufferThreshold : 2,
infiniteScroll : true,

And you'll see that the timeaxis headers texts are flickering
Now if you try to scroll the timeline a bit and you'll see that it starts scrolling automatically.
