We need to enable opening the context menu in the region below the resources. Mean when we have only 1 resource and there is empty space below the resource row in timeline axis, we currently do no support opening context menu on double click there. It should be supported and inside the event editor, the end user should be forced to pick a resource from the available list of resources.
