Constraint indicator does not move with task #9964

  1. Go to http://lh/bryntum-suite-master/Gantt/examples/postponed-conflicts/
  2. Add a new task below the conflicted task
  3. add a dependency from conflicted task to new task
  4. see the indicator for constraint does not move with the task
  5. Upon dragging a task, it moves
