Alpine 3.19 Support #27

Need more investigation into 3.19 support, may need to add a compatibility flag at chart level to switch between iptables and iptables-legacy formatted up/down hooks.

3.18 is EoL on May 2025, nftables support in post up/down hooks needs to be added prior.
