Added functionality to the application to make it interactive

In this part of the project, I

Added a new JavaScript module related to the status updates (completed: true / false).
Added event listener to the checkbox (change).
Updated items object's value for completed key upon user actions.
Stored the updated array of items in local storage, so the user gets the correct list values after the page reloads.
