我希望启用用户的邮箱验证功能以允许他们在忘记密码时修改密码。然而，在测试时我点开邮件中的连接，页面将显示 403 Forbidden。

注意到打开页面后的 GET 请求：

${scheme}://${host}/auth/reset/2328?expires=1704892099&signature=3cd6794640b3b598345ff141fe9cdeb3ad58f0cc2ed6e8881dfb805c2f8016bf

返回 403。

重现步骤
