Loading ZvP after playing through a ZvT game causes screen to stay black. #182

Loading a ZvZ game appears to work fine. Not selecting practice against a build does not cause black screen.

Was able to reproduce when

  1. playing through a regular build as ZvP
  2. then playing through the benchmark build
  3. then switching match-ups to ZvT and attempting to load a new game causes screen to stay black

Confirmed that this only happens when "practice against build order" is checked

Also confirmed that the new build order is not loaded into the objectives. It looks as though whatever is blowing up the execution is not updating the build order first.

Could be caused by the same thing that is causing #190, not resetting the build order cycle offset
