Upgrade counted as a miss after the end of a build. #236

Just upgraded vehicle armor 2 and it is false though: screenshot2014-07-11 00_06_12

However armor lvl 3 is true apparently: screenshot2014-07-11 00_08_58

When looking at the raw data I can now clearly see that it is now marked as TerranVehicleAndShipWeapons as opposed to TerranVehicleWeapons or TerranShipWeapons by itself like it was when I originally created the method.
