Current build displays incorrectly under certain circumstances #302

The following screenshot was taken after simply making and cancelling evo chambers and extractors. Apparently the evo chamber was not cleared correctly.

Looks like perhaps the "Completing Units" group is not being adjusted correctly when uncycling build objectives.

Can fix but will be somewhat tedious. Moving out of patch since this issue is so minor.
