Benchmark Build Cursor did not adjust correctly on cancel #303

Cancelled overlord, cursor was on queen, cursor then moved to overlord and queen was still unsatisfied.

Could be a similar situation where once the offset changes, you need to pass in a different value to the update cursor method.

So now, after more refactorings, there is a new issue
