Cycled steps contain wrong unit type #307

Somehow overlord is being set as the type for all of the steps that were being cycled and overlord wasn't able to complete since it isn't tracked after 40 supply screenshot2014-10-17 18_29_31

This apparently was a bank issue, and is fixed now that the bank has been reset
