Cancelling a baneling nest did not uncycle step #335

  1. Made baneling nest accidentally
  2. Cancelled it (it was not cancelled correctly)

This also happened on a test run with just an extractor.

This looks like it has to do with the tracking threshold unit guard. You can see the drone over tracking threshold.
