Update main menu to contain "Select A Build" section #348

Select a Build [Build Dropdown -------------------------------------] [Add] [Remove]

[Build Dropdown] - Changing a selection here should update all fields of the build appropriately. [Add] - Should bring up a name prompt. [Remove] - Should bring up a selection box of builds to remove, and then a confirmation screen.
