Updating supply benchmarks did not seem to update max supply time correctly #356

This will be helped greatly by addressing issue #223

This is actually related to a completely different issue which appears to be zero'ing out the time input boxes #361. This is a bug that has so far only manifested on battlenet. May have to hotfix this one.
