Create the initial starting state

Create a starting, running agent. It's a continuously running python script, main.py, that is responsible for actual states. States given as follows:

• SURVEY:
  • Desc: This state is what the agent goes in to check each generator and look for survivors.
  • Processing:
  • YOLO classifications: all
  • YOLO bounding box areas
  • EasrOCR: "DAMAGE" (Space)
• CHASE:
  • Desc: Survivor with found with confidence above 85%. Move towards them
  • Processing:
  • YOLO Classifcations: Survivor, pallet, (window), downed_survivor
  • YOLO Bounding Box areas
  • EasrOCR: "PICK UP" (Space)
• HOOK:
  • Desc: Downed survivor is picked up(pickup icon is visible)
  • Processing:
  • YOLO Classfications: Pickup survivor Icon, Hooks, Survivors
  • EasyOCR: "HANG" (Space)
