"WizTools.org RESTClient.app" is damaged #187

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the .zip file
2. Unzip it
3. Try to run WizTools.oeg RESTClient.app

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect to be able to run the app. Instead it says the file is damaged and 
should be moved to the trash.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest download from this site, latest OSX 10.8.5 with the latest updates 
installed

Please provide any additional information below.

I have tried your download about a month ago and it wouldn't work. I just tried 
it again and still not working. Kindly look into this, I *need* the RESTclient 
app!

I tried in two laptops, both with 10.8.5 installed. Works fine on both. Please 
check your disk, probably it has bad blocks.
