How to Create Token after environment created #1

Hi @bscheiman, How to Create Token after environment created, to process testing. We have Done

  1. Created Account
  2. Created Environment
  3. Token ? We need you help here, how to generate Token using C#. So that we can process testing the Spreedly for different Payment Methods. Thanks for your supports Regards Shyam

Sorry, I didn't get a notification for this. Spreedly's site shows a cURL-based method to do this - I'll try adding this ASAP, but in the meantime you can try that.

Just pushed some changes to the source. Please update... if you're using NuGet, it should take a couple minutes.

AddGatewayAsync(string gateway) returns a Gateway object w/ Name and Token
