generate_import_script.py now includes tomsimilarity

TOM is correlation-based, with the option to create signed networks. To make defaults as safe as possible, the default option should probably be 'a': True. There's no downside to setting that.

I updated generate_import_script.py and vala.nf to rank on absolute scores by default.
