Added a new GitHub Secret called PAT_GITHUB to enable the GitHub Actions workflow.

Sorry this cause the error on your account! I'm still trying to catch on what happens since I'm not very familiar with Github! If transferring this repo to my account can fix this, I will be happy to do it!
