Device statistics #20

Every device should have it's own statistics and timers.
Some times that are interesting to know are :

DHCP_{DISCOVER,OFFER,REQUEST,ACK}
TFTP_{START,END}

Many more could be added with time. Every device should provide a way to
consulting this values.
