event timer rescheduling #26

every time an event timer is scheduled, it just simply get into the timer
event list. This is not correct, since there are some event, that should be
replaced.

i.e 

there is no reason for more than one dhcp_renew into event timer list for
every device. In this case, the previous event timer should be replaced
with the new one.
