hyprwm: two new packages #35

Hello, This PR adds two new packages; one is for xdg-desktop-portal-hyprland and the other for hyprland-protocols Both are very recent packages (repos barely a week old), so only live ebuilds for now, but xdg-desktop-portal-hyprland is a fork off xdg-desktop-portal-wlr so I expect it should be relatively stable (it is in my testing).

Thanks for reviewing this. I removed hyprland-protocols. I assumed it was needed with the xdg-desktop-portal-hyprland but guess not.
