emerge gui-apps/pico-wayfire failes. #8

gui-apps/pico-wayfire-9999::wayland-desktop is looking for a version of gui-apps/swappy with a use flag libnotify, but no version of swappy has this flag.

Thanks a lot for the bug report. The USE flag was dropped in the updated version which was pushed to ::gentoo.

I've fixed it now :heart: I'll say that pico-wayfire is in really alpha version, so use with care.
