labwc: fix wlroots slot (0.7.x uses wlroots 0.17) #96

The 0.7.x line of labwc uses wlroots 0.17, as can be seen here. Only labwc master is on 0.18 already.

This MR fixes this by using the 0/17 slot for the wlroots dependency.
