Drop support for FreeBSD 11.4 #1

FreeBSD 11.4 has reached EoL, remove it from the test matrix and make the tests fail if the second run of ssh-audit fails, always uploading the ssh-audit.out file as an artifact.

Additional changes:

Add -STABLE releases to the test matrix
Include a sample ssh-audit.out (collapsible)
Allow the first run of ssh-audit to fail
Rearrange uname -a as the first line
Specify before and after the hardening

Reverted!

I'm pondering the possibility of using H4 tags instead (H2's bottom margin is a bit distracting). Not really an issue, though.
