Collection Search in the Admin pages - fails with a HTTP: 404 error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tried to run: http://collections.ala.org.au/manage/search
2. Looking for a Collection
3. 404 error.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Search works
Instead:
HTTP Status 404 - /manage/search
description The requested resource (/manage/search) is not available.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

search is not implemented yet for the new admin page
original functionality is still available using a url of the form: 
http://collections.ala.org.au/admin/search?term=anic
this will be fixed when the self-service task is addressed
