Remove sorting on the activities within a stage. #450

Many of the plans have > 9 activities & all have the same start & end dates 
which means they don't sort well.
Might be best to use the order they were entered as they should be in the 
correct order in the MERI plan spreadsheets. 
Need to come back to this later, as discussed in the meeting.
