Tools | Classify fails with Message "Unknown message" on all Area definitions except one #475

All definitions of areas created via "Add to Map | Area" except for "Select 
area from polygonal layer" and "Gazetteer polygon" FAIL "Tools | Classify" 
(with 'best 5 and defaults) with an immediate message 

"Message

Unknown error"

I'm sure this was working previously.

I'll have a look at trying to fix it. I've had a quick look at the code and it 
looks like a change in June last year has broken this functionality.

FYI:
It looks as if originally we did not allow for user defined areas in the 
"classify":
http://www.ala.org.au/spatial-portal-help/classify/

The documentation probably needs some revision.

Thanks Natasha: Will do. It amazes me that that such things slip under the 
radar. There is no logical reason why any definition of an area should have 
been excluded from classification. I'll amend the help on commit to prod.
