Evidence of Weed Treatment output incorrect data type #492

The effectivenessOfPreviousWeedTreatment data model element from the Evidence 
of Weed Treatment output has "text" as the dataType which seems wrong.
It probably should be "number".  Also a "postLabel" with % might be nice so the 
user isn't confused as to whether they shoudl be using the % sign.
