Support for complete facet lists #506

Currently, the facets in the SP are truncated to around 30 items in the list. 
This occurs in 'Add to Map | Facets' and the Legend facets. 

In some cases, the list can contain thousands of entries so I am unsure how 
comprehensive support could be achieved. An auto-complete search may be ok if 
you knew what you were looking for, but this isn't a general or easy solution. 

Given the list is sorted by decreasing occurrence counts, could the lists be 
extended to support more entries as in "Refine your search" as in the Biocache?
